Life is movement and movement is life. After spending 3 years behind a desk, I’ve dedicated myself to moving through every day, and every place with grace and presence of mind and body. I’m dedicated to sharing my experiences in movement around the globe and around the space in a room with equal attention and significance. I hope you enjoy the read, and it inspires you to get up and look around yourself for things you may have missed while sitting still, and looking in one direction.
